How SINEVIQ works

How to use SINEVIQ

Build one accurate CV, prepare it honestly for a specific job, and get ready for that interview. Add a public Digital Profile only if you want one. You approve every change.

  2. STEP 2Prepare for a jobMatches, gaps and a job-specific CV.
  3. STEP 3Prepare for the interviewA guide and mock practice for that job.
  4. OPTIONALDigital ProfileA public page and digital card.
Step 1

Build your resume

Start with one accurate master CV. Everything else in SINEVIQ builds on it.

Sign in, then open My CV
  1. Add your CV

Sign in and choose Upload Resume (PDF, DOCX or TXT). No CV to hand? Choose Enter Details Manually and describe your experience instead.

A photo is optional. You can choose Do this later; nothing is shown publicly unless you publish.

The SINEVIQ welcome screen with Upload Resume and Enter Details Manually
Start from your existing CV, or enter your details yourself.
The same start screen on a phone
The same start on a phone.
  2. Check what SINEVIQ found

SINEVIQ reads your CV and shows your role, summary, skills, work history, education and certifications. It stays private until you confirm: choose Edit details to fix anything, or Looks good.

My Profile showing the role, years of experience, career entries, skills and education read from a CV
Once confirmed, My Profile summarises what SINEVIQ read from your CV.
  3. Edit your experience and skills

Open My Profile and choose Review Profile to change the facts your CV is built from: role and summary, experience, education, certifications, projects and skills. Choose Update resume to import a newer CV.

The My Profile editor with experience and skills
My Profile holds the facts every CV is built from.
  4. Preview and download your CV Free

Open My CV and choose View / Download CV to preview your master CV and download it as a PDF.

    • CV designs: one standard layout today. Choosing a CV template Not live yet. (Website templates are part of the optional Digital Profile.)
    • Improve CV, a general AI review of your CV, is included with the Motion Website plan Paid.

The master CV preview: the same PDF you download.

Master CV

Your general CV, built from your confirmed profile.

  • Changes only when you edit your profile or upload a new CV.
  • Every job is compared with it.

Job-specific CV

A separate version created for one saved job.

  • Contains only the changes you approved for that job.
  • Never silently overwrites your master CV.
  • Each approved version is kept with the job; earlier versions aren’t overwritten.
Step 2

Prepare for a job

Turn your master CV into an honest, job-specific CV for one role, and stay in control of every change.

Sign in, then open Prepare for this job
  1. Paste the job description

Open Prepare for this job, paste the complete job description (responsibilities, required skills and anything listed as good to have) and choose Format and analyze.

The Prepare for this job screen with a job description pasted in
Paste the full description for the clearest requirement review.
  2. Review the role, company and requirements

SINEVIQ turns the description into a title, company and list of requirements, and asks you to check it first. Edit any requirement, change whether it is required or preferred, or change its category. Matching uses exactly the version you approve.

Extracted job title, company and requirements waiting for review
Check the extracted requirements before anything is compared.
  3. See matches and gaps

The Match snapshot compares the approved requirements with the evidence in your CV: what is matched, what is partial and what isn’t shown yet, quoting your own CV.

The alignment score only describes how clearly your CV covers this description. It isn’t a prediction of being shortlisted or hired, and it isn’t an ATS pass score.

The match snapshot on a phone
The same snapshot on a phone.
  4. Confirm only experience that is true

In Confirm experience, choose I have this only for requirements you have genuinely done, and add a short real example if you like. Anything you leave untouched stays a visible gap; you never have to answer “No”.

SINEVIQ doesn’t verify what you confirm, so confirm only what you can stand behind in an interview.

The Confirm experience step with I have this buttons and an optional example
Select only what is true; everything else stays a visible gap.
  5. Approve or skip each proposed change

In Approve CV edits, every proposal shows your current wording, the suggested wording and the CV evidence behind it. Accept, Reject or Edit each one. Lines based on your confirmed answers are listed separately; Approve or Skip them one by one.

Nothing is created until you choose to create the job-specific CV.

A proposed addition from the user's confirmed answer, with the existing CV content and Approve or Skip
A line from the demo user's own answer, approved separately. The edit above it was rejected.
  6. Compare before and after

Compare & export lists every change, where it came from (your CV or your confirmed answer) and the requirements that are still gaps, so you know what to be ready to discuss.

The job-specific CV summary with original and updated alignment, changes made and remaining gaps
Two requirements changed status because of the demo user's confirmed answers; the rest stay listed as gaps.
  7. Preview and download the job-specific CV

Preview the approved job-specific CV and download it as a PDF. It is saved with the job as its own version; your master CV is unchanged.

The job-specific CV ready card with preview and download buttons
Preview or download the approved job CV.
  8. Continue in My Applications

Every job you paste is saved in My Applications with its description, CV versions and progress. From a saved job you can:

    • Create cover letter draft from the saved job and your approved CV.
    • Check CV PDF / ATS: a readability check of the CV file.
    • Record whether you applied. Nothing is ever submitted to an employer for you.

Use Continue a saved preparation to reopen a job exactly where you left it.

Step 3

Prepare for an interview

Prepare for a specific round of a specific job, using only evidence you can back up.

Sign in, then open Interview Prep
  1. Open Interview Prep for a saved job

After preparing a job, choose Prepare for this interview, or open the job in My Applications and choose Interview Prep. It reuses the saved description and your approved job-specific CV, so you don’t paste anything again.

  2. Or start with a job description

Already have an interview for a job you haven’t prepared? Open Interview Prep, paste the complete description and choose Save job and start Interview Prep. CV tailoring stays optional.

Interview Prep with a pasted job description and a Save job and start Interview Prep button
Start Interview Prep straight from a job description.
  3. Choose the interview stage

Pick the round you are preparing for: Recruiter / HR, Technical, System design, Hiring manager / behavioral or Final round. You can add the date and interviewer names.

Choose the round you are preparing for.
  4. Use the job-specific guide

Choose Build interview prep pack. The pack is built from this job description and your approved CV: likely questions for the round, with the JD topic and the CV evidence that supports each one, plus STAR examples from your own experience, questions to ask the employer and a preparation plan.

An interview preparation guide with questions and the CV evidence for each
Each question shows the CV evidence you can use.
  5. Prepare honestly for the gaps

Honest gaps and bridge guidance lists requirements your CV doesn’t show, with ways to discuss related experience truthfully. It never invents experience.

Honest gaps and bridge guidance in the interview guide
Gaps are named, with honest ways to address them.
  6. Practise with a text mock interview

Choose Start text mock interview to answer one question at a time and get feedback on each answer. Sessions and notes are private, and you can delete a session at any time.

Answer, read the feedback, and move to the next question.
Practice questions are not the employer’s actual questions. Preparation helps you explain your real experience clearly; it doesn’t guarantee an interview, selection or an offer.
Optional

Create an optional Digital Profile

A public professional page with its own address, designs and a shareable digital card.

Sign in, then open My Website
  1. Choose your professional address Website plan

Open My Website and choose Choose professional URL. Pick a username; SINEVIQ checks it is available and shows your address, sineviq.com/your-username. It stays private until you launch.

  2. Pick a design

Every template previews with your real details.
  3. Edit your content

Choose Edit content to decide what your website shows: its wording, highlighted skills and professional links. Write my website content drafts your headline and About text from your confirmed facts for you to review. Facts such as roles and dates are edited only in My Profile.

The website content editor beside a live preview of the website
Choose what your website shows; your profile stays as it is.
  4. Preview and launch

Check the full preview, then choose Launch Website. Your website goes live at your address. Later you can use Edit & republish, Change Design or unpublish it from My Identity.

The launch screen with the address and a Launch Website button
Nothing is public until you launch.
  5. Your public page and search basics

The published page has your name and role as its title, a short description, social-sharing previews and structured profile data, so links look right when shared and search engines can read the page.

Search engines decide whether and where to show any page; SINEVIQ can’t promise a ranking.
