Introduction

SINEVIQ ("SINEVIQ", "we", "us", or "our") operates SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform, a platform that analyzes short-form video content, generates AI-assisted publishing assets, and coaches creators toward better performance across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have over it.

By creating an account or connecting a social media platform to SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create a SINEVIQ account, we collect your email address and any profile details you choose to provide, such as your display name, niche, creator stage, primary goal, preferred coaching language, and timezone. This information lets us personalize coaching and recommendations to you specifically, rather than giving generic advice.

Connected Social Media Accounts

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform lets you connect your Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts so you can publish content and receive coaching grounded in your real, platform-specific performance. We only request the specific permissions needed for the features you use, and we only access data from an account after you explicitly connect it. You may disconnect any platform at any time — see Platform Permissions for the full detail on what each platform grants us and what it does not.

Instagram Data. When you connect Instagram, we access your Instagram username, account type, follower count, and the engagement metrics (likes, comments, reach, saves) of the posts you've published — used to power your Instagram-specific coaching and analytics. We do not access your Instagram password; authentication happens entirely through Meta's own login flow.

Facebook Data. When you connect Facebook, we access the name and basic details of the Facebook Page(s) you choose to manage through SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform, along with the reactions, comments, and shares on Reels published through the platform — used to power your Facebook-specific coaching and analytics. We never access your personal Facebook profile, friends list, or private messages.

YouTube Data. When you connect YouTube, we access your channel's basic details, subscriber count, and the view/like/comment counts of your uploaded Shorts — used to power your YouTube-specific coaching and analytics. Authentication happens through Google's own OAuth login; we never see your Google password.

AI Processing

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform uses artificial intelligence to process the videos and account data you provide, specifically to:

Analyze uploaded videos for hook strength, pacing, storytelling structure, and other performance-relevant patterns;
Generate personalized creator coaching, including recurring-issue detection and measurable, evidence-based missions;
Generate platform-ready captions, titles, and descriptions;
Generate relevant hashtags and keywords for each platform;
Generate thumbnail concepts and composited thumbnail images;
Generate publishing recommendations, including suggested posting times; and
Identify recurring performance patterns across your uploads and connected platforms.

AI recommendations are suggestions only. SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform's AI Coach, mission system, and publishing recommendations are decision support, not decisions. You always review generated captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and coaching advice before anything is published, and publishing itself never happens without your explicit action. SINEVIQ does not publish, schedule, or modify content on your connected accounts without you initiating it.

Creator Analytics

We compute and store analytics derived from your video analyses and connected platforms — score trends, recurring strengths and weaknesses, niche and format breakdowns, and real engagement numbers pulled from Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This is the evidence base your coaching is grounded in.

Creator Preferences

We store your explicit settings — preferred coaching language and script, content niche, creator stage, primary goal, and publishing defaults — so SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform can consistently apply your choices without asking every time.

Creator Memory

Creator Memory is a running, structured summary of what SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform has learned about your content over time — recurring topics, tone, and what has and hasn't worked. It updates as you analyze more videos and exists to make coaching more specific to you the longer you use SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform, not to build an advertising profile.

Creator DNA

Creator DNA is a higher-level synthesis of your Creator Memory — your signature style, current growth focus, and creator level. It is generated from your own content history only and is never shared with, or derived from, any other creator's data.

Generated Content

Captions, titles, hashtags, thumbnail concepts, and composited thumbnail images generated by SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform are stored so you can review, edit, reuse, and publish them. Generated content is associated with your account and the video it was generated from, and is retained under the same schedule described in Data Retention below.

Cookies

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform uses strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences (such as your last-used upload mode or dashboard filters). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Account records, analytics, and generated content are isolated per creator — no creator can view another creator's data through SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform. Access tokens for connected platforms are encrypted at rest and are used only server-side to fulfill the specific action you request (such as publishing a Reel or fetching your engagement analytics); they are never exposed to your browser or any other user.

Data Retention

We retain your account data, analyses, connected-platform data, and generated content for as long as your account remains active, so your coaching history and Creator Memory continue to compound in value. If you disconnect a platform, its stored connection tokens are deleted immediately; historical analytics already computed remain as a record of past performance unless you request full account deletion. See Delete Account and Data Deletion Instructions for how to request permanent removal of all your data.

Third-Party Services

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

Meta (Instagram and Facebook) — for account connection and publishing, governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy;
Google (YouTube) — for account connection and publishing, governed by Google's own Privacy Policy;
AI model providers — for video analysis and content generation, who process the specific content you submit solely to return a result to SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform and do not retain it for their own model training beyond their own stated data-use terms;
Cloud infrastructure and database providers — for secure hosting and storage of your account data; and
Payment processors — for any paid credits or subscriptions you purchase, who receive your payment details directly and never share full card numbers with SINEVIQ.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your connected-platform data with any third party for their own independent marketing purposes.

Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted storage of connected-platform access tokens, per-creator data isolation, and restricted server-side access to raw credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.

Children's Privacy

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by your connected platforms' own terms, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@sineviq.com and we will take steps to delete it.

International Users

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform is available to creators globally. If you access SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform from outside the country where our servers are located, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a different jurisdiction. We take steps to ensure your data continues to receive an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed. If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with its own data protection framework, you may have additional rights described in Your Rights below.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you;
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
Request deletion of your data (see Delete Account);
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and
Withdraw consent for a connected platform at any time by disconnecting it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be communicated to active users through the SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform dashboard or by email.
