Terms of Service

Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform, operated by SINEVIQ. By creating an account, connecting a social media platform, or otherwise using SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to hold an account on the social platforms you connect (Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube), whichever is higher, to use SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform. By using SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sineviq.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. SINEVIQ is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Connected Platforms

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform allows you to connect your own Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts via each platform's official login flow. By connecting a platform, you authorize SINEVIQ to access and use the specific data and permissions described in our Platform Permissions page, solely to provide SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform's features to you. You may disconnect any platform at any time from within the app, which immediately revokes SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform's stored access to it.

Your use of connected platforms through SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform remains subject to each platform's own terms of service — including Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards, and Google's / YouTube's Terms of Service. SINEVIQ is not responsible for actions taken by Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube against your account on those platforms.

AI-Generated Content

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate captions, titles, hashtags, thumbnail concepts, coaching advice, and publishing recommendations based on your uploaded videos and connected-platform data. All AI-generated output is a suggestion, not an instruction. SINEVIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, performance, or suitability of any AI-generated content, and you are solely responsible for reviewing it before use.

You retain ownership of content you upload, and you own the AI-generated assets produced from it for your own use, subject to your compliance with these Terms and the terms of any connected platform.

Creator Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish, whether generated by SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform's AI or created by you, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and the policies of every platform you publish to. This includes copyright, trademark, publicity, and privacy rights of third parties that may appear in your videos. SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform never publishes content on your behalf without your explicit action to do so.

Platform Policies

Because SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform publishes to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube on your behalf when you choose to, your use of SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform must also comply with those platforms' own developer and community policies. SINEVIQ reserves the right to suspend a connected-platform feature if continued use would put your account, or SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform's own platform access, at risk of violating those policies.

Subscriptions

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform currently offers usage via credit packs. SINEVIQ may introduce recurring subscription plans in the future, offering different tiers of usage, features, or platform limits. Where offered, subscription terms — including billing cycle, auto-renewal, and cancellation — will be presented clearly at the point of purchase and will supplement, not replace, these Terms.

Payments

Paid credits and any future subscription fees are processed through a third-party payment processor. SINEVIQ does not store your full payment card details. All fees are stated in advance of purchase and, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, are non-refundable once credits have been used to generate or process content.

Intellectual Property

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform's software, branding, interface design, and underlying technology are the property of SINEVIQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to SINEVIQ's trademarks, source code, or proprietary systems beyond your right to use SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform as intended.

Termination

You may stop using SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform and request account deletion at any time — see Delete Account. SINEVIQ may suspend or terminate your access to SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform if you violate these Terms, misuse connected-platform access, or use SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform in a way that risks the security or integrity of the platform or other creators' data. Where practical, we will provide notice before termination.

Disclaimer

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SINEVIQ does not warrant that AI-generated coaching, recommendations, or content will improve your performance on any platform, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that connected-platform integrations will always remain available (as they depend in part on third-party platforms' own APIs).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SINEVIQ and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform, including any action taken or not taken based on AI-generated coaching or recommendations. SINEVIQ's total aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to SINEVIQ in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do, and we will notify active users of material changes through the SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform dashboard or by email. Continued use of SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
