What Data Can Be Deleted

You may request deletion of any or all of the following:

• Your SINEVIQ account;
• Creator data derived from your uploaded videos;
• Instagram access tokens and any data retrieved through Instagram's API;
• Facebook access tokens and any data retrieved through Facebook's API;
• YouTube access tokens and any data retrieved through Google's API;
• Creator Analytics (engagement and performance data);
• Generated content (captions, hashtags, titles, thumbnails);
• Creator Memory, Creator DNA, and Creator Journey; and
• Creator preferences.

How to Request Deletion

Email support@sineviq.com with the subject line "Delete My Data", from the email address associated with your SINEVIQ account. Tell us whether you want your entire account deleted, or only the data associated with one specific connected platform (for example, only your Instagram data, while keeping YouTube connected).

What Gets Deleted

Once your request is verified, we permanently delete the requested data from SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform's systems. If you requested deletion of data for one specific connected platform, we revoke and delete that platform's stored access token immediately and remove the analytics and history derived from it; your account and other connected platforms remain unaffected. If you requested full account deletion, everything listed in What Data Can Be Deleted above is removed.

Deleting your data through SINEVIQ revokes our stored access to your Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube account — it does not delete your account on those platforms themselves, and does not remove content already published to them.

Processing Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of identity verification.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your requested data has been permanently deleted, including a summary of what was removed.
