Why does SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform request access?
To let you publish Reels directly from SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform and to ground your Instagram Coach in your account's real, current performance instead of generic advice.
What permissions are requested?
Basic profile access, permission to read engagement insights on your own posts, and permission to publish content to your account — requested only when you choose to connect Instagram.
What information is accessed?
Your Instagram username, account type, follower count, and the engagement metrics (likes, comments, reach, saves) of posts published through SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform.
What information is stored?
Your Instagram username, account type, an encrypted access token, and the engagement numbers used to power your analytics and coaching.
What information is NOT stored?
Your Instagram password, private messages, followers/following lists, or any content from accounts you don't manage. We never access posts you didn't publish through SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform.
Can users revoke access?
Yes, at any time — both from within SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform and directly from your Instagram/Meta account settings.
How can users disconnect?
Open the Connected Platforms section of your Growth Dashboard and select Disconnect next to Instagram. This immediately deletes your stored access token.

What permissions are requested?
Permission to list the Pages you manage, read engagement on Page content, and publish content to a Page you choose — requested only when you choose to connect Facebook.
What information is accessed?
The name and basic details of the Page(s) you choose to connect, and the reactions, comments, and shares on Reels published through SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform.
What information is stored?
The connected Page's name and ID, an encrypted Page access token, and engagement numbers used for analytics and coaching.
What information is NOT stored?
Your personal Facebook profile, friends list, private messages, or any Page you did not explicitly choose to connect.
Can users revoke access?
Yes, at any time — both from within SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform and directly from your Facebook/Meta account settings.

To let you upload Shorts directly from SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform and to ground your YouTube Coach in your channel's real view, like, and comment data.
What permissions are requested?
Permission to upload videos to your channel and read basic public statistics for videos you've uploaded — requested only when you choose to connect YouTube.
What information is accessed?
Your channel's basic details, subscriber count, and the view/like/comment counts of your uploaded Shorts.
What information is stored?
Your channel ID and name, an encrypted access token and refresh token, and the view/like/comment numbers used for analytics and coaching.
What information is NOT stored?
Your Google account password, other Google services data (Gmail, Drive, etc.), or data from videos not uploaded through SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform. SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform does not currently access YouTube Analytics API data such as watch time or traffic sources — only what YouTube's public video statistics provide.
Can users revoke access?
Yes, at any time — both from within SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform and directly from your Google Account's third-party access settings.
How can users disconnect?
Open the Connected Platforms section of your Growth Dashboard and select Disconnect next to YouTube. This immediately deletes your stored access and refresh tokens.
Revoking Access
You are always in control of which platforms SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform can access. Disconnecting a platform from your Growth Dashboard immediately and permanently deletes SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform's stored access token for it — SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform cannot access that account again until you choose to reconnect it. SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform never publishes, schedules, or modifies anything on a connected account without your explicit action in the moment; there is no background auto-posting.
