Security isn't a page we wrote once — it's a set of specific, verifiable decisions in how SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform is built. This page explains them plainly, without vague reassurance.

OAuth Security

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform connects to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube exclusively through each platform's own official OAuth flow. You authenticate directly with Instagram, Meta, or Google on their own login page — SINEVIQ never sees or handles your platform password. Each connection requests only the specific permissions a feature genuinely needs; see Platform Permissions for the exact scope per platform.

Encryption

Connected-platform access tokens are encrypted at rest before they're stored, using symmetric encryption with a server-side key that is never exposed to the client. All traffic between your browser and SINEVIQ's servers, and between SINEVIQ's servers and each platform's API, is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS.

No Password Storage

SINEVIQ never asks for, receives, or stores your Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube password. Authentication into SINEVIQ itself is handled by Supabase Auth (Google sign-in); platform connections are handled by each platform's own OAuth consent screen. There is no password field anywhere in the connection flow.

Disconnect Anytime

Every connected platform can be disconnected from your account at any time, immediately revoking SINEVIQ's stored access token for that platform. Disconnecting stops all future access instantly — it does not require a support request or a waiting period. See Data Deletion Instructions if you also want the associated data removed.

AI Privacy

Video and performance data sent to SINEVIQ's AI providers for analysis is used only to generate your results — it is not used to train third-party models, and it is isolated per account. AI-generated coaching, captions, and recommendations are suggestions only; nothing is ever published to a connected platform without your explicit action.

Responsible AI

SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform's AI is built to never fabricate a statistic or a growth guarantee, and to be clear about how confident it actually is in a recommendation. Where a claim can't be grounded in your real content or real performance data, SINEVIQ doesn't make it.

Data Retention

Your analyses, generated content, and coaching history are retained for as long as your account is active, so SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform can keep learning from your real history. Deleting your account removes this data within 30 days — see Delete Account and Data Deletion Instructions for the full process and timeline.
