Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your SINEVIQ account and all associated data at any time. This page explains exactly how, and exactly what happens when you do.

How to Request Deletion

Account deletion today is handled by our support team to guarantee every connected system — publishing tokens, analytics, and AI-generated history — is fully and correctly removed. Send an email and we take it from there.

Step 1 — Email supportSend a message to support@sineviq.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account.
Step 2 — Ownership verificationWe confirm the request came from the account owner, using the email address on file (and, if needed, a short confirmation reply) to prevent anyone else from deleting your account.
Step 3 — Permanent deletionOnce verified, we permanently delete your account and all associated data across every SINEVIQ AI Creator Platform system.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account and profile information;
Creator Analytics (score history, engagement data pulled from connected platforms);
Creator Memory (your accumulated content/style history);
Creator DNA (your derived creator profile and growth focus);
Creator Journey (milestones and progress history);
Connected OAuth tokens for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube (access to your accounts is revoked immediately);
Generated content (captions, hashtags, titles, thumbnail concepts and images); and
Creator preferences and settings.

This action is permanent. Once deletion is complete, this data cannot be recovered. Content you already published to Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube remains on those platforms under their own terms — deleting your SINEVIQ account does not remove posts already live on a connected platform.

Processing Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days of verified confirmation. You will receive an email confirming your account and data have been permanently deleted once the process is complete.
